Log inA warm and dynamic family is searching for an experienced Live-in Nanny to join their household and provide devoted care for their 6-month-old baby based in Miami Beach, with travel. This long-term role is ideal for a professional who combines expertise, adaptability, and a nurturing nature while supporting the child’s early development.
Infant Care: Oversee daily routines including feeding, bathing, diapering, dressing, and soothing. Ensure the baby’s comfort and well-being at all times.
Sleep & Routine Support: Implement and guide healthy sleep patterns and daily schedules.
Nutrition & Feeding: Prepare bottles, sterilize equipment, and gradually introduce solids when appropriate.
Developmental Activities: Encourage milestones with stimulating and age-appropriate activities.
Health & Safety: Monitor the baby’s health, track progress, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized nursery environment.
Travel Readiness: Accompany the family on frequent trips within the U.S. and abroad, ensuring seamless transitions and the baby’s comfort.
Logistics & Organization: Pack and organize baby-related essentials for travel and set up living spaces in each household location.
Parental Collaboration: Maintain clear communication with parents, respecting their parenting philosophy and providing trusted guidance when needed.
Record Keeping: Keep accurate logs of feeding, sleep, and daily care details.
Proven Experience: At least 3+ years as a nanny with verifiable references in private households.
Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Child Development Knowledge: Strong understanding of infant development, feeding practices, and sleep training.
Professional Attributes: Punctual, discreet, reliable, and adaptable to evolving schedules.
Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel frequently (domestic and international).
Additional Skills: Valid driver’s license with a clean record; bilingual (French, Spanish, or Hebrew) preferred. Familiarity with Montessori or attachment parenting a plus.
Locations: Connecticut & New York, with winters spent in Miami Beach, FL, plus extensive travel.
Schedule: Live-in, full-time, flexible hours (start date: mid-November).
