We are seeking a highly experienced and professional live-out Housekeeper/Laundress to work in a luxurious 3-bedroom flat in La Mer, Dubai, UAE.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the impeccable cleanliness of the residence and handling the care and laundering of delicate clothing and linens. You will be working for a family of three and will collaborate closely with the personal assistant, nanny, and chef.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the entire residence is kept spotless and well-organized at all times.
  • Clean and maintain high-end furnishings, fixtures, and surfaces with proper care and attention to detail.
  • Manage laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and delicate care of fine fabrics, linens, and garments.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks regularly, ensuring every part of the home is in pristine condition.
  • Keep cleaning supplies well-stocked and organized.
  • Work alongside the family assistant and chef to ensure a harmonious and efficient household.
  • Set up the table for informal breakfasts as needed.
  • Assist the chef in setting up for informal events.
  • Prepare fresh juices when required.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Housekeeper/Laundress in high-end private households or similar settings.
  • Expertise in the care of luxury furnishings, fine fabrics, and linens.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to housekeeping tasks.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small household team.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and best practices for maintaining luxury materials and surfaces.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional, discreet, and trustworthy.

Work conditions

  • Permanent full-time contract.
  • Start: As soon as possible.
  • 6 days a week, from 9 am to 6 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.
  • Accommodation is not provided, but the candidate must be able to commute to La Mer, Dubai.
  • Sponsorship provided, including medical insurance, visa, and flight ticket.
