Interior Management

• Daily cleaning and upkeep of all living areas.
• Complete linen care: washing, ironing, organising wardrobes.
• Monitoring and replenishing household supplies.
• Grocery shopping and miscellaneous errands.
• Preparing meals and offering table service when the family is in residence.

Garden & Outdoor Maintenance

• Full garden upkeep: mowing, pruning, planting, watering, seasonal care.
• Daily supervision and maintenance of the swimming pool and pool house.
• Monitoring the technical room and general outdoor systems.
• Outdoor plant care and maintenance of terraces and garden furniture.
• Waste sorting and management.
• Ensuring all exterior equipment remains in excellent condition.

Technical & Practical Support

• Performing small repairs and general DIY tasks.
• Providing driving assistance when needed.
• Maintaining the vehicles (cleaning, servicing schedules, logs).
• Managing package deliveries and household logistics.

Security & Oversight

• Vigilant property monitoring and presence on site.
• Managing alarms, surveillance cameras, and remote monitoring systems.
• Greeting and supervising contractors, suppliers, and tradespeople.
• Providing clear and regular updates to the employer.
