Housekeeping & Property Management

• Oversee the general upkeep of the estate, both inside and out, ensuring it runs smoothly every day.
• Complete daily housekeeping duties, maintaining cleanliness and order across all areas of the property.
• Care for delicate items, including fine china, glassware, crystal, and other valuables.
• Manage all household linen (washing, ironing, and proper storage).
• Keep track of stock levels, inventories, and fulfill shopping needs as required.

Event Organization & Reception

• Assist with planning and organizing events and receptions.
• Set tables and provide professional table service as needed.

Outdoor & Maintenance

• Support the maintenance of the garden in collaboration with the garden service.
• Assist the pool technician in monitoring pool health (filtration, pH, etc.).
• Maintain the terraces and outdoor furniture.
• Handle minor maintenance and DIY tasks around the property.
• Serve as a chauffeur when needed and ensure proper upkeep of vehicles.
• Manage technical maintenance tasks, including heating, plumbing, electricity, and air conditioning.
• Supervise and coordinate with external contractors, ensuring quality follow-through.

Management & Security

• Manage a small monthly budget for minor expenses and provide regular reports.
• Supervise and train household staff when necessary.
• Ensure the property’s security and monitor its safety.
