Connectez-vousA senior couple based in Paris is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Private Nurse to provide daily support and medical assistance within their residence. This role goes beyond traditional nursing duties, requiring a professional who can deliver attentive personal care, manage health-related needs, and offer reliable day-to-day assistance.
The position involves frequent international travel with the family to Switzerland, the United States, and occasionally Madagascar. The successful candidate will be someone adaptable, discreet, and committed to long-term collaboration.
Provide daily personal assistance, including morning and evening routines.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and coordinate with external medical staff.
Accompany the couple to healthcare appointments and liaise with doctors and specialists.
Keep accurate health records and report updates to the family.
Oversee medication orders and management.
Offer mobility support and accompany the couple on short and long-distance travel.
Run occasional errands and provide driving assistance when required.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, or light meals when needed (with chefs handling main cooking).
Ensure flexibility to adjust to varying schedules, including longer workdays or lighter workloads depending on needs.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with seniors in private households or demanding care settings.
Certified Nurse or Nursing Assistant diploma required.
Empathetic, patient, and skilled at working collaboratively within a household team.
Able to adapt quickly to last-minute changes in schedules or travel plans.
Discreet, trustworthy, and reliable, with a calm and professional presence.
Strong communication skills in French and English.
Holds a valid passport and driver’s license (B).
Authorized to work in France and Switzerland and travel to the USA.
Free from major personal obligations and available for long-term commitment.
Location: Paris (16th arrondissement) with extensive international travel.
Contract: Full-time, permanent.
Housing: Independent studio apartment provided in Paris, with accommodation arranged at all travel destinations.
