Connectez-vousA prominent HNW household in Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Live-In Nanny to provide loving, attentive, and long-term care for two young girls, ages 4 and 7. This is a permanent, full-time role offering private accommodation on the estate and the chance to become a trusted presence in the family’s life.
The ideal candidate will create a stable, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports the children’s emotional, social, and academic growth, while also serving as a reliable guardian when the parents are away.
Deliver consistent daily care, ensuring the children’s safety, comfort, and happiness.
Organize engaging activities that encourage creativity, learning, and healthy routines.
Guide the children in proper etiquette, manners, and social skills.
Supervise schoolwork, reading, and enrichment projects.
Prepare healthy snacks and assist with school drop-offs and pick-ups.
Manage the children’s wardrobes and living spaces, keeping them neat and ready.
Provide occasional evening and weekend support as needed.
At least 5 years’ nanny experience within HNW or private households, with proven long-term placements.
Training in early childhood education or a childcare-related field is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification required.
Warm, patient, proactive, and genuinely passionate about childcare.
Fluency in English essential; Spanish fluency highly valued.
Location: Palm Beach, Florida
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with flexibility for evenings/weekends
Contract: Full-time, permanent, live-in with meals provided by private chef
Start Date: Immediate
