Full-Time Nanny/Housekeeper job (M/F) in Dubai, UAE

Housekeeping Duties (Primary Focus)

• Perform daily cleaning and general upkeep of the villa.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors as required.
• Dust furniture, surfaces, and fixtures.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and shared living areas.
• Clean bathrooms thoroughly on a regular basis.
• Carry out periodic deep cleaning of rooms, cupboards, and appliances.
• Ensure all living spaces remain organised, hygienic, and welcoming.
• Handle laundry from start to finish, including washing, folding, and excellent ironing skills.
• Care for delicate fabrics, hand wash items when necessary, and manage stain removal.
• Organise wardrobes, linen cupboards, and storage areas.

Cooking & Household Support

• Prepare daily meals for the household
• Follow recipes carefully and maintain food hygiene standards
• Cook family-style meals, with a preference for Arabic, Lebanese, and Syrian cuisine
• Keep the kitchen clean and well organised at all times
• Assist with serving and hosting during family gatherings
• Ensure the home is guest-ready when required
• Provide general household support as needed

Childcare Support (Approx. 20%)

• Supervise the 2-year-old child outside nursery hours
• Maintain a safe and secure environment at all times
• Be alert to potential hazards and apply basic child safety awareness
• Assist before and after nursery hours
• Engage in gentle, age-appropriate and developmental play
• Monitor nap times (no sleep training required)
• Occasionally assist with bedtime routines (bath, story, settling)
• Supervise playdates and outings with full attention on the child
• Follow parental guidance and daily routines
• Maintain calm, patient, and positive behaviour management
