Full-Time Live-Out Housekeeper job (M/F) in Dubai, UAE

Job Description

A private CEO based in DIFC, Dubai is seeking a live-out housekeeper to oversee the daily upkeep of a high-standard apartment. As the principal spends most of the time at the office and is frequently away, this role requires a highly independent, reliable, and discreet professional capable of managing the home efficiently with minimal oversight.

This position is best suited to a self-sufficient individual who takes pride in maintaining order, cleanliness, and consistency in a calm and professional household environment.

Responsibilities

Daily cleaning and maintenance of the apartment to a high standard.
Regular deep cleaning and organization of all living areas.
Complete laundry care, including washing, ironing, steaming, and wardrobe organization.
Packing and unpacking luggage for business travel.
Maintaining structure and order throughout the residence.
Preparing simple, healthy meals on the rare occasions the principal is home.
Watering indoor plants and ensuring overall household cleanliness.
Monitoring and replenishing household supplies and provisions.
Ensuring a discreet, quiet, and professional atmosphere at all times.

Job Requirements

3–5 years of experience as a housekeeper in a private residence or luxury environment.
Comfortable preparing simple meals when required.
Well-groomed, professional, and consistently presentable.
Trustworthy, discreet, reliable, and fully independent.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Able to work autonomously without supervision.
No children, pets, visitors, or external commitments connected to the role.
Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining high standards.

Working Conditions

Position: Live-out
Location: DIFC, Dubai
Schedule: 6 days per week
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Benefits: Visa and medical insurance provided
