Household Operations

• Keep the residence in immaculate order at all times.
• Establish and manage household systems for storage, inventory, labelling and procedures.
• Conduct daily checks to ensure standards meet the principal’s expectations.
• Oversee textile and garment care, including wardrobe and closet oversight.
• Maintain supply levels and handle procurement when required.

Service & Personal Support

• Deliver elevated butler service, including table presentation, beverage preparation and meal assistance.
• Assist with schedules, daily logistics and routine planning.
• Collaborate with other domestic and lifestyle staff (trainer, driver, chef, etc.).
• Organise packing, unpacking and travel preparation with full accuracy.

Errands & External Liaison

• Handle off-site errands such as dry cleaning, pharmacy items and shopping.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with service contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure the residence is consistently guest-ready and support visits when needed.

Lifestyle Coordination

• Assist with transitions between work, exercise, travel and social commitments.
• Maintain poise, calm and efficiency in a fast-paced household.
• Uphold high confidentiality and personal boundaries at all times.
