Log inA well-established private family residing in Dubai Hills is looking to appoint an experienced and highly discreet Live-In Nanny/Housekeeper to join their household on a long-term basis. This role is ideal for a candidate with a solid background in UHNW private residences, who is comfortable working to very high standards while respecting clear professional boundaries.
This is not a traditional nanny role. The family has two boys aged 8 and 10, who are independent and attend school. The childcare element of the position is centred on supervision, structure, and routine support, rather than hands-on care. The ideal candidate will feel confident supporting older children in a calm, organised, and supportive way.
The household is fully staffed and includes a private chef and another housekeeper. During school hours, the role focuses primarily on housekeeping duties, working alongside the existing housekeeper. When the children are home, responsibilities shift toward supporting their daily routines and overall well-being.
This is a live-in, full-time position offering stability within a structured and professional private household.
