Housekeeper (M/F) job offer in Agoura Hills, California, US

The Housekeeper will provide meticulous cleaning and organization services as directed at the Agoura Hills, CA 4,000 square foot, 4-bedroom home. Ensure that assigned areas of the property are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and orderliness.

This role requires attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to work independently. General housekeeping duties, deep cleaning, laundry and windows.

Responsibilities

Housekeeping (75%)

  • Thoroughly clean all rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers/tubs, and mirrors.
  • Change bed linens and make beds.
  • Clean kitchen appliances, countertops, and floors.
  • Load and unload the dishwasher.
  • Maintain a clean and organized laundry room.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks once a month.

House Assisting (25%)

  • Assist with grocery shopping and other errands as needed.
  • Perform light organizational tasks.
  • Other light household duties as assigned.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional housekeeping experience, preferably in large estates or private home luxury properties.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of deep cleaning techniques for high-end materials and surfaces.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and valuable items with care.
  • Excellent time management to complete tasks efficiently within the scheduled day.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move light furniture or equipment, as needed.
  • Capability to be on your feet and perform manual cleaning tasks for extended periods.

  • Trustworthy and reliable with strong attention to detail.

Work conditions

Salary

$30/hour, depending on experience.
