For a private main residence located in the countryside near Nyon, Canton of Vaud (Switzerland), we are seeking an experienced and versatile Multi-Skilled Domestic Worker to oversee daily household operations, with a strong focus on housekeeping and family cooking.

This is a full-time, permanent position (100%), starting June/July 2026.
A private, independent staff accommodation is provided.

The household is looking for a reliable, discreet, and well-organised professional who enjoys working in a calm, rural environment and takes pride in maintaining a well-run private home.

Responsibilities

Full interior upkeep of the residence (cleaning, polishing, dusting, floors, general order)
Complete linen care (washing, ironing, storage)
Walk-in closet and wardrobe organisation
Household stock control and inventory follow-up
Grocery shopping and sourcing household supplies
Daily meal preparation with a focus on balanced, home-style family cuisine
Menu planning and meal organisation
Table setting and table service when required
Ensuring the overall good condition and presentation of the property
Handling auxiliary errands (dry cleaning, post office, florist, pharmacy, etc.)
Managing purchases and reporting expenses to the employer
Receiving parcels and coordinating deliveries
Driving duties on request

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar private household role
Highly versatile, autonomous, and well organised
Comfortable working in a rural residential environment
Strong sense of service and responsibility
Genuine interest and ability in cooking
Flexible and available when required
Naturally discreet with a strong respect for confidentiality
Fluent French required
Valid driver’s licence mandatory

Salary
