Full-Time Live-Out Housekeeper job (M/F) Waterloo, Belgium

The Housekeeper will divide their schedule between:

• A 200 m² private residence
• A 200 m² dental practice with an upstairs rest area

The two locations are only 2 km apart (5 minutes by car).
A personal vehicle is required.
No accommodation or vehicle is provided.

Private Residence

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of all living areas (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, play areas, entrance hall).
• Dust, vacuum, and care for delicate materials such as parquet, natural stone, and copper.
• Manage all laundry and ironing tasks; keep wardrobes neat and well-organized.
• Clean and maintain household appliances (washing machine, dryer, refrigerator).
• Conduct periodic deep cleaning: cupboards, windows, garage, and storage spaces.

Dental Practice & Rest Area

• Clean the entire practice thoroughly, including floors, surfaces, drawers, and equipment exteriors.
• Maintain exterior presentation: doors, lamps, gates, signage, charging station, windowsills.
• Clean and tidy the rest area, bathroom, laundry corner, and stairs.
• Wash and iron staff uniforms.
• Perform weekly external window cleaning.
• Ensure the practice maintains a pristine, visitor-ready appearance at all times.
