Household Operations

• Oversee day-to-day running of the residence, including cleaning routines, security, and coordination of household services.
• Supervise housekeepers, dog sitters, delivery personnel, and other vendors.
• Maintain an organised schedule for domestic staff to ensure consistent upkeep of all living areas.
• Manage inventory, food supplies, and general household provisions.

Service & Guest Hospitality

• Prepare table settings and provide both informal and formal meal service, including during professional lunches.
• Assist with breakfast preparation when requested.
• Welcome guests, prepare reception areas, and coordinate with the chef during events or gatherings.

Family Assistance

• Prepare and pack luggage for the principals prior to travel.
• Anticipate the family’s needs by managing purchases, receiving deliveries, and handling special orders.
• Make premium travel and restaurant reservations and provide occasional car transport when required.

Administrative & Technical Support

• Assist Monsieur with administrative tasks such as invoices, subscriptions, and vendor management.
• Organise and supervise service provider interventions and maintenance appointments.
• Ensure proper functioning of all equipment and smart-home systems, reporting issues as needed.
• Communicate efficiently via iPhone (photos, emails) and provide regular reporting and expense tracking.

Pet Care

• Provide loving and attentive daily care to the family’s pets (2 dogs and 3 cats), ensuring their comfort, hygiene, and well-being.
