A distinguished private family based in Sobha Hartland, Dubai, is looking to hire a dedicated, experienced, and meticulous full-time Housekeeper to ensure their villa is maintained to the highest possible standard.

This is a live-in role, ideal for a professional seeking a long-term opportunity within a respectful, well-structured, and family-oriented household.

The successful candidate will have a proven background working in large, high-end private residences, demonstrating expertise in handling luxury furnishings, fine fabrics, and delicate materials such as silk, velvet, and linen. Since the family no longer employs a full-time chef, light kitchen support will occasionally be required — such as simple meal preparation, setting the table, or helping with grocery organization.

Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of a spacious four-bedroom villa with an office.
Conduct deep cleaning tasks on a scheduled weekly and monthly basis.
Handle and care for luxury surfaces, fabrics, and finishes with precision.
Manage laundry, ironing, and wardrobe organization (delicate laundry handled only when instructed).
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and order across all living spaces, bathrooms, and the kitchen.
Provide light kitchen support, including simple food preparation and table setting.
Coordinate daily tasks and communicate effectively with the House Manager.
Uphold complete discretion and respect for the family’s privacy and routines.

Job Requirements

Minimum five years’ professional housekeeping experience in large villas or luxury residences.
Strong understanding of specialized cleaning methods for delicate materials and premium interiors.
Previous experience working in family homes (household includes two children; no childcare required).
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Working Conditions

Live-in position with private accommodation.
Six days per week, one day off.
All meals provided during working hours.
No pets in the household.
Start date: As soon as possible.

Salary

Starting from AED 5,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
