Log inA distinguished family in Dubai is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Household Assistant to provide seamless support in both home management and childcare. The role involves overseeing daily household operations, caring for a 7-year-old girl, and ensuring the smooth running of the family’s day-to-day life.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and adaptable, balancing childcare, household organization, and meal preparation while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
Provide attentive care and supervision for the family’s daughter, including her daily routines, after-school activities, and general well-being.
Prepare and plan nutritious meals, including healthy lunch boxes for school.
Supervise and coordinate part-time housekeepers, delegating daily cleaning, laundry, ironing, and household tasks.
Keep the child’s personal areas and belongings tidy, organized, and well-maintained.
Assist in coordinating the household and family schedules to ensure smooth planning of activities and commitments.
Maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness throughout the home.
Run errands and provide occasional assistance with additional family needs.
Female candidates preferred.
Preference for candidates of Indian nationality.
Previous experience in private households or professional childcare is strongly valued.
Educated and able to support a child’s development through structured, age-appropriate activities.
Skilled in cooking and meal preparation with a focus on healthy family-friendly dishes.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Professional, trustworthy, discreet, and an excellent communicator.
Physically fit and able to commit to full-time working hours.
Position type: Live-out, full-time.
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days per week.
Location: Dubai, UAE.
Collaborative environment with part-time housekeeping staff assisting with cleaning and upkeep.
