A relaxed and welcoming couple based in San Francisco is looking for a dependable Live-Out Housekeeper to maintain their 4,000 sq. ft. home and ensure smooth day-to-day household operations.

This part-time position is ideal for a candidate who is organised, meticulous, and confident managing a high-standard residence independently.

Responsibilities

Oversee full home care, including cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and shared living spaces.
Maintain daily orderliness and ensure the home remains consistently tidy.
Handle dish cleaning and kitchen reset (dishwasher available).
Manage household laundry, including washing, folding and ironing.
Provide light support with wardrobe organisation (no specialised or delicate garments).
Assist with setup and light preparation during small gatherings or home events.
Track cleaning supply levels and alert when items need replenishing.
Respect home systems, routines and privacy expectations set by the principals.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in private residential housekeeping is highly valued.
Strong eye for detail and pride in maintaining an orderly, hygienic environment.
Self-directed, efficient and confident working without supervision.
Professional and discreet, with respect for household boundaries.
Reliable, punctual and solutions-oriented.
Legally authorised to work in the United States.

Working Conditions

Schedule: 24–30 hours weekly (approx. 60–75% position).
Benefits: Employer-funded medical insurance + paid U.S. & Swiss holidays.

Salary

$40–$50 per hour, dependent on experience.
