A private UHNW family is recruiting a highly experienced Live-In Housekeeper to manage the daily upkeep of their residences in Marbella and Baku. This role is designed for a discreet, reliable professional who is used to working at an exceptional standard within private households.

The position is permanent and long-term, offering stability, international exposure, and a structured yet flexible working environment. The successful candidate will be confident working independently, adaptable to travel, and comfortable with variable schedules depending on the family’s needs.

Responsibilities

Carrying out daily housekeeping duties to an impeccable standard.
Managing deep cleaning tasks as required.
Laundry care and detailed ironing.
Organising and maintaining wardrobes.
Ensuring the home is consistently tidy, organised, and well presented.
Supporting the smooth and efficient daily functioning of the household.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in private households.
Prior experience working for UHNW or VIP families strongly preferred.
Background or training in housekeeping or hospitality is an advantage.
Fluent English and Russian are essential.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness.
Self-motivated, organised, and proactive.
Calm, flexible, and adaptable to changing schedules and environments.

Working Conditions

Start date: Flexible (February / March)
Contract: Permanent
Schedule: 6 days per week

Travel & Locations:

Baku: approximately 8 months per year.
Marbella: approximately 4 months per year.
Travel with the family between residences.
Flights and visas fully arranged and sponsored.

Salary

USD 2,000 net per month. (negotiable depending on experience and profile)
