Log inA prestigious household in Dubai is looking for a seasoned Housekeeping Supervisor to take full charge of daily housekeeping operations within a large, high-standard private residence. This position requires a professional with a sharp eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to uphold five-star service standards across all living areas.
The successful candidate will act as both a manager and a hands-on team member, coordinating and motivating staff while ensuring the residence remains immaculate at all times. They will be directly responsible for training junior team members, safeguarding the upkeep of luxury furnishings, and implementing structured cleaning routines tailored to a dynamic household environment.
Design, implement, and oversee cleaning schedules (daily, weekly, and seasonal).
Conduct thorough inspections to guarantee consistency in cleanliness and presentation.
Train, mentor, and evaluate junior staff members to maintain high service standards.
Supervise the laundering, pressing, and care of fine fabrics, garments, linens, and luxury items.
Oversee the handling and preservation of antiques, crystal, artwork, and valuable household items.
Maintain stock levels of cleaning products and oversee procurement.
Collaborate with other household departments (kitchen, laundry, maintenance) to ensure smooth daily operations.
Step in to perform cleaning duties personally when required.
Manage rosters, attendance tracking, and shift planning for the housekeeping team.
Guarantee confidentiality and discretion in all household affairs.
At least 7 years of experience in housekeeping within UHNW households, luxury estates, or five-star hotels, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent knowledge of fabric care, wardrobe management, and luxury interior maintenance.
Professional demeanor with high levels of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Comfortable with demanding housekeeping routines.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
