Housekeeper/Cook
A French couple, with no children or pets, will be moving into their new 220 m² four-level villa in Harhoura, just outside Rabat, at the end of October 2025. They are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeper / Cook to join their household on a full-time basis. This is a live-out role, though temporary accommodation will be provided during guest stays, weekends, or when the employers travel abroad.
Oversee the daily upkeep of the villa, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and order across all rooms.
Clean and maintain large glass windows and bay doors.
Manage household laundry, including washing, ironing, and proper storage.
Handle grocery shopping and other errands.
Prepare balanced and varied lunches and dinners (simple but refined family-style cooking).
Provide table service when requested (on-site training available if needed).
Care for indoor flowers and house plants.
Flexibility & Additional Duties
Work some weekends during guest visits or receptions (with additional pay).
Stay overnight when the couple hosts or travels, with a private bedroom and bathroom provided.
Ensure household presence and supervision during the family’s frequent trips abroad.
Respect household rules: uniform required during working hours; personal phone use limited to emergencies.
Previous experience in private homes as both housekeeper and family cook.
Highly discreet, trustworthy, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
Able to take initiative, particularly during the employers’ absence.
Flexible and adaptable to household needs, including occasional overnight stays.
Driver’s license and personal car preferred but not mandatory.
Comfortable communicating in Arabic, French, or English.
Clean criminal record and full legal right to work in Morocco.
Verifiable references required.
Location: Harhoura, near Rabat, Morocco
Contract: Full-time, declared Moroccan contract
Accommodation: Non-residential role, with occasional live-in as required
Extras: Paid overtime for weekends or overnight stays
