We are seeking a highly experienced and capable House Manager to oversee the operations of multiple properties for our VVIP client in UAE.
The House Manager will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing property maintenance, and ensuring the smooth running of all locations.
This is a full time and permanent role – to be filled as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple properties in UAE, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with household staff, including butlers, housekeepers, chefs, drivers to ensure efficient operation and excellent service delivery.
- Supervise and manage a team of approximately 2 staff members across different properties, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
- Ensure all staff are trained to the highest standards and equipped with the necessary skills to fulfill their roles effectively.
- Act as the main point of contact for the client, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- Accompany the client to various locations and events, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times, respecting the privacy and security of the client and their family.
- Responsible for the client’s stuff/packing in terms of traveling.
- Responsible for the client’s shopping.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a House Manager or in a similar senior management role, preferably in a high-profile household or luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff and clients.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to oversee multiple properties and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel with the client as needed.
- Fluency in English is required
