Property Management

• Oversee the daily management of six private residences.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules, deep cleans, and property preparation ahead of arrivals.
• Manage maintenance, repairs, and external contractors.
• Conduct routine inspections when properties are unoccupied.
• Supervise seasonal upkeep (gardens, pools, heating systems).
• Manage access, keys, and security systems.

Travel & Logistics

• Coordinate the principal’s travel between the UK and Spain.
• Book flights, transfers, and chauffeur services.
• Organise ground transport for professional and personal travel.
• Manage last-minute changes and maintain a clear travel schedule.

Vehicle Management

• Track vehicles across all properties.
• Coordinate servicing, inspections (MOT in the UK, ITV in Spain), and insurance.
• Arrange vehicle transfers between locations when required.

Household Organisation

• Ensure each residence is fully prepared before arrival.
• Coordinate grocery shopping and fridge stocking.
• Maintain household supplies (linens, toiletries, cleaning products).
• Oversee laundry and linen changes.
• Arrange additional requests for guests or special occasions.
