Log inA private family in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced and highly organized House Manager to oversee the daily operations of their residence. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, discretion, and a service-oriented mindset to ensure that every aspect of the household runs smoothly and efficiently.
This live-out position requires a proactive individual with proven experience managing staff, coordinating vendors, maintaining property systems, and ensuring that the home operates to the highest standards at all times.
Supervise and coordinate all household operations, ensuring the property remains immaculate, secure, and well maintained.
Manage and support household staff, including scheduling, delegation of duties, performance evaluation, and training.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers, overseeing maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects.
Organize household logistics — appointments, deliveries, and inventories — while ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and budgets, tracking expenses, service contracts, and operational costs.
Plan and coordinate private events or gatherings, managing logistics, staffing, and external suppliers.
Conduct regular property walkthroughs to identify needs related to maintenance, safety, or presentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the homeowners, staff, and third-party providers.
Anticipate household needs, proactively proposing and implementing effective solutions.
Demonstrated experience as a House Manager or in a leadership role within a private or formal residence.
Strong background in staff supervision, vendor management, and property coordination.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professional integrity.
Capable of handling dynamic schedules and responding effectively to urgent situations.
Knowledge of luxury household systems, property maintenance, and service excellence standards is preferred.
