An English-speaking family, also fluent in Italian and Ukrainian, residing in Dubai with two children, is in search of an Italian-speaking Head Housekeeper to oversee their home and care for their needs.
The candidate will provide consistent support to the family on a daily basis, ensuring the impeccable maintenance of their home and addressing their requirements. The candidate will supervise and manage an existing maid.
A traveling nanny is responsible for the children’s care.
This is a Live-Out position located in Dubai, UAE, and it is a permanent role to be filled as soon as possible.
Tasks and responsibilities of the position:
– Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping in the property (460m2) and in all rooms with the assistance of the maid and additional staff.
– Organizing the work and schedule of the team for efficient results.
– Managing laundry and ironing.
– Organizing and maintaining the dressing room.
– Ensuring all procedures are established and followed.
– Being capable of preparing lunches, dinners, or on-request meals for the family.
– Possessing excellent cooking skills, especially in Italian cuisine (traditional, simple, and light cooking, diverse and made with seasonal ingredients).
– Handling all errands, grocery shopping, and fulfilling on-demand requests.
– Packing luggage for the principals (including delicate and couture items).
– Adhering to the principals’ schedule.

– Male/Female with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a private household.

– Warm, friendly, and dynamic personality.
– Native Italian speaker with fluency in English.

Salary:
– Salary: $6500 net per month + Flight ticket back home once a year.
