• Lead all aspects of household service, including formal dining, beverage service, guest hosting, and daily operations.
• Establish and refine service procedures, standards, and checklists in line with the family’s preferences and routines.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen team on service timing, dietary requirements, and event preparation.
• Work alongside housekeeping to ensure guest areas, rooms, and turn-down services meet expected standards.
• Oversee and manage all service-related inventory, including tableware, silverware, glassware, linens, bar supplies, and amenities.
• Supervise, train, and schedule the Butler team, including cross-training in guest-area readiness and basic housekeeping support.
• Support the organization of events by coordinating with external suppliers such as florists and event planners.
• Maintain oversight of service quality at all times, ensuring consistency, discretion, and attention to detail.
