Menu Planning & Daily Service

• Prepare and serve daily breakfast, packed lunches for adults and children, and dinner according to the household’s routine
• Design seasonal menus rooted in Mediterranean and Greek cuisine, enhanced by an international repertoire including Japanese, Thai, Levantine, light Italian, and modern European dishes
• Deliver consistently high standards of flavour, presentation, nutrition, and timing, with dinners served family-style
• Follow a clean-eating philosophy, avoiding fried foods and highly processed ingredients

Packed Lunch Preparation

• Create balanced, nutritious, and practical packed lunches for both parents and children
• Maintain a structured lunchbox rotation including mains, sides, fruit, and healthy snacks to ensure variety
• Ensure all packed meals remain fresh, appealing, and suitable for school and workdays

Ingredient Sourcing & Kitchen Management

• Take full responsibility for food purchasing, supplier selection, ordering, quality control, and storage
• Source premium ingredients locally with strong knowledge of UAE markets and specialist suppliers
• Maintain organised pantry, fridge, and freezer systems, including labelling, stock rotation, and waste control

Kitchen Standards & Operations

• Keep the kitchen impeccably clean, organised, and professional at all times
• Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and best-practice standards
• Coordinate smoothly with other household staff when applicable

Household Integration

• Work discreetly and professionally within a private family setting, including around children
• Communicate clearly with principals regarding menus, preferences, and scheduling
• Remain flexible for occasional special requests, family events, or adjusted service times
