Daily Cooking

• Prepare two fresh, balanced meals for the family each day (lunch and dinner).
• Serve the child’s lunch slightly earlier, ensuring healthy and age-appropriate options.
• Prepare one daily meal for up to eight household staff members.

Cuisine & Menu Planning

• Develop weekly menus with a strong emphasis on:

  • Mediterranean and health-focused dishes

  • Low-sodium options

  • Seasonal, varied, and child-friendly meals

• Present weekly menus in advance for approval by the principal.

Kitchen Management

• Maintain the kitchen in immaculate condition at all times — this is strictly required, as the principal frequently enters the kitchen.
• Manage all appliances, including BBQ and pizza oven, with confidence and proper care.
• Use the household’s supermarket accounts for efficient and streamlined grocery ordering (no extended shopping trips required).

Team Collaboration & Professional Conduct

• Work seamlessly with the butler and wider household team; demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a respectful team spirit.
• Remain calm under pressure while delivering high standards in a discreet, service-oriented environment.
• Be flexible with scheduling: occasional additional workdays may arise, compensated with time off later.
