Job Description

A high-profile Chairman residing in Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, is seeking a dedicated Personal Attendant to provide direct and exclusive support in managing his daily routine and personal requirements.

The residence operates with an established team of approximately 13 household staff members responsible for the wider family. This position, however, is specifically focused on assisting the Chairman personally and ensuring that his day-to-day activities run smoothly.

The successful candidate will oversee a variety of personal support duties including wardrobe management, clothing care, organization of personal belongings, coordination of meals, running errands, and managing elements of the Chairman’s schedule.

The role also involves accompanying the Chairman on local engagements and international travel, particularly to Europe and the United States, when required.

This position requires an individual who demonstrates discretion, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to anticipate needs proactively, ensuring the Chairman receives seamless and attentive support at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated personal support to the Chairman and assist with managing his daily activities and schedule.
  • Organize and maintain the Chairman’s wardrobe, including laundry, clothing care, and personal items.
  • Ensure the Chairman’s private spaces remain tidy, organized, and properly maintained.
  • Coordinate with the household team and kitchen staff regarding meals, dietary preferences, and daily arrangements.
  • Accompany the Chairman locally and internationally as required.
  • Assist with personal engagements such as meetings, gym sessions, and other activities.
  • Manage personal errands and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to requests and adapt to changing schedules or priorities.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Filipino passport preferred.
  • Previous experience in personal assistance, private household service, or a similar role.
  • Excellent personal presentation and professional grooming.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Flexible approach to working hours and travel requirements.
  • Professional attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Working Conditions

  • Live-in accommodation provided, including a private room with an attached bathroom.
  • Meals included.
  • Work schedule: 6 days per week with 1 day off.
  • Standard working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility required depending on the Chairman’s schedule.
  • Employment visa and medical insurance provided.
  • Return flight ticket every two years.
  • Annual leave provided.

 

Salary

Up to AED 4,000 net per month
