An active family, who has a 3-month-old baby, is in search of an experienced Nanny to take care of their newborn. The ideal candidate must be nurturing and self-sufficient, with significant experience, and must prioritize the child’s safety and well-being.
The candidate should be gentle, energetic, accustomed to working with young children, and an excellent communicator who can create a secure and reassuring environment for the baby, while also promoting their awakening and development.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the baby’s safety and well-being at all times.
- Bathe the baby and carry out necessary care tasks, such as changing and dressing.
- Encourage the baby’s development by suggesting pedagogical activities suitable for their developmental stages.
- Provide a caring and reassuring environment for the baby.
- Prepare the baby’s meals as per parents’ instructions and preferences.
- Keep the areas designated for the baby organized.
- Manage the baby’s laundry, including washing, ironing, folding, and storage.
- Maintain stocks of food and care products for the baby.
- Accompany the family during summer vacations.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
- A woman with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar position with children of the same age and in a similar setting.
- Experience in the development of young children and knowledge of the significant stages of development.
- Trained in first aid gestures appropriate for babies.
- Must be gentle, dynamic, and organized.
- Passionate about the profession.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- Must be available, adaptable, and flexible.
- Proficiency in English is appreciated.
- Possession of a driving license B would be an advantage.
EMPLOYMENT TERMS:
- Job Title: Nanny / Housekeeper.
- Job Opening: June 2023.
- Work Location: Paris 7th.
- Employment Type: Permanent contract (40 hours per week).
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (flexibility required).
- Salary: 3000 euros net monthly.
