Job Description

A family recently settled in Dubai is looking to appoint a full-time Live-Out Nanny to support the daily care of their three children, including a newborn and two school-aged boys.

This role is primarily focused on newborn care during the day, as the older children attend school full time. The mother is currently on maternity leave and will be present at home, making this position ideal for a calm, respectful, and collaborative professional who is comfortable working alongside a parent.

The family is seeking a nanny who is experienced with infants, naturally nurturing, and confident in establishing routines, while also providing support with school logistics and after-school activities for the older children.

Responsibilities

Newborn Care

Provide attentive, hands-on care for the newborn, including feeding support.
Sterilise bottles, breast pumps, and all feeding equipment.
Assist with breastfeeding routines as required.
Manage the baby’s laundry and maintain a clean, organised nursery.
Establish and follow age-appropriate routines for sleep, feeding, and development.
Engage the baby in suitable developmental and sensory activities.
Prepare and manage weaning meals when appropriate.
Offer practical and emotional support to the mother.

Care of the Older Children

Support morning and afternoon routines.
Coordinate school drop-offs and pick-ups in collaboration with the family driver.
Accompany the children to extracurricular activities, clubs, and appointments.
Assist with homework routines and after-school care when needed.
Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing environment at all times.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional childcare experience, including newborn care
Experience caring for multiple children is highly valued
Valid First Aid certification
Fluent English, spoken and written
Strong understanding of infant care, child development, and daily routines
Calm, kind, patient, and nurturing personality
Reliable, organised, discreet, and supportive
Comfortable working alongside a stay-at-home mother

Working Conditions

Position: Live-out
Location: Dubai, UAE
Start Date: January 2026
Schedule: 6 days per week, up to 12 hours per day (flexibility required)
Visa and medical insurance provided
Paid annual leave

Salary

AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month, depending on experience
