Job Description

A European family based in Dubai is looking to hire an experienced and educated Live-In Nanny to care for and support the development of their two young boys, aged 3 and 4 years old.

The family is seeking a professional candidate with a strong childcare background and a genuine interest in early childhood education and child development. The nanny will play an active role in the children’s daily routines, emotional well-being, learning, and overall growth while maintaining a warm, structured, and nurturing environment.

This is a long-term live-in position within a fully staffed private household. Accommodation is provided inside the family residence, and the successful candidate will work alongside household staff, including a chef and housekeeping team, allowing full focus on the children’s care and development.

International candidates are welcome to apply, and relocation expenses, including flights and visas, will be covered by the employer.

Responsibilities

Childcare & Educational Support

Organize engaging educational and recreational activities adapted to the children’s age and developmental stage
Support morning routines and assist with nursery school preparation
Accompany the children to nursery, extracurricular activities, parks, and social outings
Maintain consistent routines for meals, naps, hygiene, and bedtime
Encourage positive emotional, cognitive, social, and physical development
Provide attentive care in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
Promote good manners, independence, and healthy daily habits

Child-Related Household Duties

Keep children’s bedrooms, wardrobes, and play areas organized and tidy
Prepare light snacks or simple meals for the children when required
Manage and organize toys, books, clothing, and school items

Household Coordination & Flexibility

Adapt working hours according to the family’s schedule, including early starts when necessary
Use nursery hours to organize activities, educational planning, or complete light child-related tasks
Communicate effectively and coordinate with other household employees to maintain smooth routines
Accompany the family during international travel, including extended stays in Europe and shorter trips abroad
Ensure the children remain comfortable, engaged, and well cared for while traveling

Job Requirements

Degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, Child Psychology, or a related field preferred
Previous professional experience working with children between 3 and 6 years old
Strong understanding of childhood development and educational activities
Fluent English communication skills
Patient, positive, energetic, and nurturing personality
Organized, flexible, and comfortable working within a fully staffed household
Open to a long-term live-in arrangement
Available to travel internationally with the family when required

Salary

Salary package negotiable and dependent on the candidate’s qualifications, education, and previous experience.
