We are currently seeking an experienced couple to fill the role of Luxury Villa Couple Guardians for our client’s second home in St Tropez. As Villa Couple Guardians, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the overall upkeep and maintenance of the property, both indoors and outdoors.
Working alongside the existing household staff and additional personnel during the family’s visits or special events, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the property’s pristine condition. The owners typically spend around 4 months per year at the residence, usually between June and September.
This is a full-time permanent position that will commence in July 2023. As part of the employment package, you will be provided with on-site accommodation located in Saint Tropez (83).
Responsibilities:
- Undertake comprehensive interior maintenance of the main villa.
- Perform complete maintenance of outdoor spaces, including terraces and gardens.
- Maintain the second villa on the property with the assistance of additional employees.
- Possess knowledge and experience in meticulously caring for rare furniture, artwork, and decorations.
- Clean and tidy all rooms in the house and outbuildings.
- Handle family and household laundry, including washing, ironing, and organizing.
- Maintain terrace, garden, and pool furniture.
- Oversee pool maintenance.
- Manage, coordinate, and supervise external service providers and artisans.
- Handle mail and packages.
- Ensure property surveillance and security.
- Carry out minor repairs and handyman tasks.
- Manage the budget and maintain documented expenses.
- Provide regular reports to the employer.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Discreet individuals with a strong sense of confidentiality.
