Full-time Housekeeper (M/F) job offer in Charlevoix, Quebec, Canada

We are looking for three Housekeeping Employees (M/F) for a beautiful private estate located in an exceptional setting in the Charlevoix region of Quebec.

The estate is a private property offering luxury hospitality services to VIP clients. This is a full-time, permanent Quebec employment contract, starting as soon as possible.

The position includes accommodation during the probationary period of six months, with the possibility of extension if needed and subject to availability.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure order and cleanliness of the rooms within the various houses on the property.
  • Greet visitors upon their arrival.
  • Luggage handling and clothing steaming.
  • Assist with laundry duties.
  • Clean floors, carpets, furniture, and windows.
  • Maintain common areas.
  • Perform deep cleaning annually.

Requirements

  • M/F.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role (hotel profiles welcome).
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Exemplary discretion.
  • Strong sense of initiative and organization.
  • Flexibility (work during the day, evening, weekends, and holidays).
  • Professional and serious demeanor.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Canadian passport, permanent residency, or open work permit required.
  • Driver’s license and vehicle appreciated.

  • Contract: Permanent full-time contract (40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7).
  • Working Hours: Flexibility required, will work different shifts.
  • Accommodation: Provided during the probationary period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension if needed and depending on availability.
