Job Description

A private villa in Dubai is seeking an experienced and dependable Housekeeper to ensure the smooth daily upkeep of the household. This is a long-term, live-out position suited to a professional who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and discretion within a private home.

The role requires a self-sufficient and detail-focused individual who can work independently while respecting established household routines and the family’s privacy.

Responsibilities

Housekeeping and Property Care

Maintaining impeccable cleanliness throughout the villa, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and shared spaces
Daily cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing
Deep cleaning and sanitising kitchen areas, appliances, and work surfaces
Ensuring the home remains consistently neat, orderly, and well presented

Kitchen Support

Washing dishes and maintaining a clean, hygienic kitchen environment
Cleaning cupboards, appliances, and food preparation areas

Laundry and Garment Care

Complete laundry management: washing, drying, ironing, folding, and storage
Sorting garments by fabric and colour
Safe and careful use of laundry equipment
Handling clothing and household items with care and attention

Household Organisation

Managing cleaning products and household supplies
Monitoring stock levels and arranging restocking when required
Supporting the day-to-day organisation of the residence

Job Requirements

Proven experience working in private family households
Reliable, discreet, and respectful of confidentiality
Well organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and follow household routines
Strong sense of responsibility and consistency
Good communication skills in English
Looking for a stable, long-term position

Working Conditions

Position: Live-out
Schedule: 6 days per week, 1 day off
Working hours: 12-hour shift with breaks
Contract: Long-term employment

Salary

AED 72,000 – 84,000 per year, depending on experience and profile
