Our client is in search of an experienced Housekeeper to help manage their household in South Beach, Miami Beach, Florida, USA. The house is formal, and the candidate should maintain high cleaning and presentation standards. The Housekeeper will focus mainly on the two Principals, with occasional visits from their grown-up children.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in private household service, be trustworthy, dependable, and healthy, and show flexibility in their duties. They must have experience providing services for high-profile individuals and should be looking for long-term employment.
The Housekeeper will work six days a week from December to mid-May and three days a week from June to mid-November, or as needed. They will accompany the family to their property in Aspen for two weeks every other Christmas and every other August to mid-September. The full-time salary includes benefits and overtime pay for additional hours worked.
The Housekeeper will work alongside two other housekeepers and the Property Manager. The Principals are looking for a team player who can work harmoniously with other staff members. The candidate will communicate with the Personal Assistant and Property Manager; therefore, a good command of the English language and IT skills are required. A uniform will be provided. This is a live-out position, and accommodation is not provided. The position is available to start ASAP.
The duties of the Housekeeper include cleaning to a high standard, laundry, ironing, managing dry cleaning, changing beds, running errands, and assisting with packing and unpacking.
The ideal candidate should be reliable, proactive, flexible with the schedule provided, precise, result-oriented, and well-presented. They should have knowledge of table service, be COVID vaccinated, and willing to have yearly flu shots. Eligibility to work in the US is also required.
The Housekeeper position requires flexibility, and the working days and hours may vary as required. The salary will be discussed depending on the candidate’s experience.
