We are looking for a Global Head of House Operations to manage the private properties of our high-net-worth client located in Gibraltar, Dubai, Milan, and Israel. Our client’s properties are fully staffed and operated to the highest standards of a 6-star hotel, including house managers, housekeepers, laundresses, private chefs, and drivers.
As the Principal spends most of their time between Gibraltar and Dubai, the successful candidate will need to be based in either of these locations. The other properties are regularly used by the Principal’s friends and family members.
This is a permanent full-time position, starting as soon as possible.
- Building and managing teams of household staff across all properties
- Managing household schedules and calendars
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating events
- Scheduling and overseeing home maintenance and repair work
- Overseeing the work of household contractors
- Procurement of household goods
- Administering all necessary household duties, such as paying bills, budgeting, and managing household schedules.
- Prior experience in a similar position with verifiable references
- Strong staff management skills
- Experience in managing multiple residences
- Ideally, a background in hotel management
- Based in or willing to relocate to Gibraltar or Dubai
- Willingness to travel between the properties
- Flexible and adaptable
- Able to prioritize and anticipate tasks
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Spanish as a plus.
