Job Description

A prestigious UHNW household in Dubai is seeking a highly trained and discreet Close Protection Officer (CPO) to join their elite private security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the principal’s and their family’s safety, overseeing all aspects of personal protection, travel security, and operational coordination. This position requires an individual with a strong military or law enforcement background, excellent physical conditioning, and the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality in fast-paced, high-profile environments.

Responsibilities

Provide close, discreet, and proactive protection for the principal and family members in all environments.
Coordinate with international and local security and fleet teams to ensure seamless protection coverage.
Conduct threat assessments, route planning, and security advances before all movements or travel.
Ensure vehicles and logistics are organized for maximum safety and efficiency.
Maintain peak physical readiness to handle any potential risk scenario with precision.
Apply tactical skills, including self-defense and martial arts, to neutralize potential threats.
Manage and escort family members during outings, school runs, and events.
Oversee luggage handling, travel logistics, and coordination with private staff.
Mentor junior security or household staff to uphold professional security standards.
Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism in every aspect of service.

Job Requirements

Proven military or special forces background with personal protection experience.
Previous work in UHNW private security or VIP protection roles required.
Advanced knowledge of protective operations, risk management, and defensive strategy.
Holder of an EU, UK, or US passport for international travel flexibility.
Excellent physical fitness, situational awareness, and communication skills.
Certified in defensive driving, self-defense, or martial arts (preferred).
Composed, discreet, and capable of making rapid decisions under pressure.

Working Conditions

Location: Dubai, UAE
Contract: Full-time, live-out (accommodation provided)
Schedule: 6 days per week, 1 day off
Start Date: Immediate
Benefits: Visa, medical insurance, and paid annual leave

Salary

30,000 AED/month
