Job Description

Our client is looking for an exceptional Senior Cabin Crew Professional to join a select team serving a VVIP Chairman on two private aircraft: a Legacy 650 and a BBJ 737.

This position requires someone with extensive high-end aviation experience, outstanding poise, and an unwavering commitment to delivering a flawless onboard experience.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of private aviation expertise, ensuring the highest standards of service, safety, and discretion. Working alongside a Junior Cabin Crew Member, you will take the lead in creating a refined, personalised, and secure environment for VVIP passengers.

Responsibilities

In-Flight Service & Guest Experience

Lead all aspects of VVIP in-flight service, ensuring an exceptional level of hospitality.
Create bespoke service experiences, including luxury dining, premium amenities, and tailored comfort.

Team Leadership & Coordination

Supervise and mentor the Junior Cabin Crew Member.
Oversee all aspects of cabin preparation, setup, and presentation before each flight.

Cabin Management & Logistics

Manage catering arrangements, onboard inventory, cabin aesthetics, and flight readiness.
Maintain impeccable confidentiality and professionalism with a strong awareness of cultural etiquette.

Availability

Operate on an on-call basis with an average of 40–50 flying hours per month.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of flying experience exclusively in private aviation (non-negotiable).
Background in private jets or Emirates/Etihad First Class is a strong plus.
Polished, confident, composed, and naturally service-driven.
Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
Candidates may reside outside the UAE.
Impeccable grooming standards, communication skills, and professional presence.
Highly discreet, punctual, and adaptable to dynamic schedules.

Working Conditions

Start date: ASAP
Flying hours: Up to 50 hours/month

Salary

Starting at AED 20,000 per month, depending on experience.
