Job Description

A well-established European family based in a spacious two-level apartment on Palm Jumeirah is looking to welcome an experienced and dedicated Executive Housekeeper / Nanny into their household.

The family environment is warm, respectful, and stability-focused, and they are seeking a long-term professional relationship with the right candidate.

The household includes three children aged 9, 3, and 8 months, as well as a family cat. The role combines high-level housekeeping responsibilities with hands-on childcare support for the younger children.

Responsibilities

Housekeeping & Household Management

Maintain impeccable cleanliness and order throughout the residence
Manage laundry, ironing, steaming, and full wardrobe care
Organise clothing, footwear, accessories, and household inventories
Ensure proper care of delicate and luxury materials (silk, leather, marble, crystal, cashmere, wood, etc.)
Oversee storage systems, seasonal organisation, and decluttering
Care for indoor and outdoor plants
Maintain household presentation to a consistently high standard

Childcare Support (Focus on younger children)

Assist with daily care of the 3-year-old and 8-month-old baby
Organise age-appropriate, engaging, and educational activities
Support early childhood development through structured routines
Follow parental guidance regarding education, discipline, and daily structure

Additional Duties

Prepare healthy, simple meals for the family when required
Provide general support for household routines and family needs
Maintain a calm, structured, and child-friendly environment

Job Requirements

Proven experience in luxury private households or UHNW environments
Strong background in both housekeeping and childcare
Experience with infants and young children is essential
Confident handling of premium fabrics and delicate materials
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong laundry, ironing, and garment care skills
Ability to manage household systems and maintain order independently
Experience in nursery, childcare, or early years education is an advantage
Basic cooking skills with a focus on healthy meals
Comfortable with pets and plant care
Intermediate to upper-intermediate English required
Professional, proactive, and highly reliable
Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions precisely

Working Conditions

Live-out position (no accommodation provided)
6 working days per week
Working hours: 8:00–18:00 or 9:00–19:00
Location: Palm Jumeirah, Dubai
Visa and medical insurance provided
Paid annual leave
Paid overtime
Annual performance bonus
Opportunity to travel with the family

Salary

AED 6,000 – 10,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
