To support our continued growth in the Middle East, we are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Dubai office and oversee confidential, high-level recruitment mandates for an international clientele.
The Position
In this role, you will take full ownership of recruitment assignments for private families, family offices, luxury residences, and premium hospitality environments.
You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, combining recruitment expertise with a strong understanding of service culture, discretion, and human judgment.
This position is suited to a recruiter who works independently, thinks strategically, and is comfortable operating in high-expectation, confidential environments.
