House Manager – Household & Operations

• Oversee daily household organization and ensure efficient operational flow.
• Supervise the housekeeper’s schedule, performance, and task completion.
• Set priorities and maintain presentation and organizational standards throughout the home.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers as required.
• Schedule routine services and manage household and property-related appointments.
• Serve as the primary liaison for operational matters related to the estate.
• Maintain basic logs, schedules, and follow-ups for household and property needs.
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of small private gatherings (up to approximately 15 guests).

Houseman – Property & Maintenance Support

• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure all systems and structures are in good working order.
• Carry out light maintenance, minor repairs, and general troubleshooting.
• Identify potential issues early and determine appropriate solutions.
• Engage and supervise specialized vendors when external support is required.
• Support upkeep of outdoor spaces and coordinate with landscaping services as needed.
• Monitor utilities, equipment, and general infrastructure.
• Provide hands-on support for a variety of estate-related tasks.
