Estate & Household Management

• Oversee the daily running of the residence and ensure impeccable presentation throughout.
• Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and supervision of housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate external contractors, maintenance companies, suppliers, gardeners, and service providers.
• Monitor household inventories and organise purchasing of supplies and equipment.
• Schedule repairs, maintenance works, and preventative servicing.
• Provide payroll-related information and staff hours to the household accountants.

Housekeeping & Wardrobe Care

• Carry out hands-on housekeeping duties alongside the domestic team.
• Maintain guest accommodation, reception rooms, terraces, and communal areas to luxury hospitality standards.
• Manage laundry, ironing, wardrobe organisation, and garment care.
• Prepare bedrooms and guest suites before arrivals.
• Care for delicate surfaces, marble, fine furnishings, glass, and high-end interiors.
• Assist with packing, unpacking, and seasonal wardrobe changes.

Principal & Household Support

• Handle shopping, errands, and general household administration.
• Receive deliveries and coordinate with visiting service providers.
• Provide airport transfers and occasional chauffeur duties.
• Assist with travel logistics, including packing and preparation.
• Offer practical day-to-day support to the principal as required.

Hospitality & Entertaining

• Prepare guest accommodation for family and visitors.
• Welcome guests and assist during stays.
• Coordinate hospitality arrangements and support external catering teams during events.

Cooking & Pet Care

• Prepare simple, home-style meals when needed.
• Assist with meal preparation during busier periods.
• Provide occasional support for informal entertaining.
• Help care for the principal’s dogs, particularly during travel periods.

Travel

• Occasional travel within Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States may be required.
