Culinary Responsibilities (Primary Focus)

• Prepare daily meals for the principals, focusing on balanced, generous, and well-executed cuisine.
• Adapt easily between everyday cooking and more refined presentation for guests and special occasions.
• Plan menus based on preferences and seasonal ingredients, manage sourcing, and maintain a well-organised kitchen at all times.
• Occasionally cater for small gatherings or dinner parties.

Household Management & Coordination

• Oversee the general organisation and upkeep of the property, ensuring consistently high standards.
• Coordinate with existing household staff, including the butler, and manage external suppliers and deliveries when required.
• Support the smooth daily functioning of the residence.

Travel & Seasonal Support

• Accompany the principals to Saint-Tropez and other destinations as needed.
• During periods of residence (approximately 7–8 months per year), provide full service aligned with the household schedule.
• During off-periods (approximately 4–5 months), maintain the property with reduced hours and no cooking responsibilities.
