Log inA prestigious private estate located in Lyon is seeking an experienced and reliable Caretaker / Property Manager to oversee the daily maintenance, security, and smooth operation of a multi-use property comprising private residential areas and office spaces.
This is a full-time permanent position within a high-standard private environment, requiring a hands-on, proactive professional capable of managing both technical maintenance and site supervision with autonomy and discretion.
The role includes on-site service accommodation in a renovated apartment, offering stability and convenience within the estate.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the property is maintained in excellent condition at all times, while guaranteeing security and operational continuity across all buildings and outdoor spaces.
This is a versatile position combining technical oversight, coordination of service providers, and day-to-day estate management.
