• Deliver daily food and beverage service, including formal table service when required.
• Set up dining areas, buffets, and bar stations in line with household standards.
• Welcome and assist guests, managing arrivals and departures, including luggage coordination and refreshments.
• Support the family with packing and wardrobe preparation for travel, in coordination with the wardrobe housekeeper.
• Assist with light housekeeping checks in guest-facing areas when needed.
• Provide support during events and assist other departments during busy periods or staff absences.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to the relevant team member.
• Participate in regular checks and inventories of front-of-house equipment and assets alongside the Head Butler.
