Household Operations & Service

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day organisation and presentation of the residence.
• Maintain consistently high standards across all areas of the household.
• Provide polished and attentive table service for the family and their guests.
• Manage formal dining, private entertaining, dinners, and receptions.
• Prepare the residence for social occasions and oversee service throughout events.
• Anticipate the family’s requirements and respond proactively to changing needs.
• Identify potential issues and resolve them efficiently before they impact the household.

Staff & Supplier Coordination

• Work closely with other household employees to ensure coordinated and efficient service.
• Help organise daily duties and maintain clear communication between members of the household team.
• Liaise professionally with external suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
• Coordinate appointments, deliveries, maintenance visits, and other household services as required.

Wardrobe & Household Inventory

• Provide wardrobe care, valeting, and personal effects management when required.
• Maintain accurate oversight of household linens, silverware, glassware, and other fine items.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure household essentials are available when needed.
• Maintain appropriate care and presentation of valuable household items.

Administrative Support

• Assist with household expenditure and delegated budgeting responsibilities.
• Manage petty cash and maintain accurate records.
• Review and coordinate supplier invoices as required.
• Handle all family and household information with absolute confidentiality.
