Temporary Full-Time Nanny job (M/F) in Florence, Italy

A welcoming and hands-on international family is looking to appoint an experienced and adaptable Nanny to support them during an important growth phase of their family life. This role involves caring for two young children—a toddler and a baby—with the arrival of a third child expected.

The family environment is calm, collaborative, and well-structured. The mother is actively involved in daily childcare, and a weekday nanny is already in place and will remain employed. The successful candidate will mainly provide weekend cover and overnight supervision, offering valuable support during busy periods and ensuring continuity of care overnight.

This position suits a nanny who is comfortable working alongside parents and other staff, values teamwork, and brings a flexible mindset. There is a strong preference for candidates who are open to the role evolving into a rota position from around August 2026, once the maternity nurse departs. However, the position may also remain temporary or non-rota depending on mutual preference.

The family travels regularly between Italy, the UK, and France, and the nanny must be confident and experienced with international travel.
