The successful candidate will embody creativity, precision, and artistry—bringing a Michelin-level dining standard to every meal.
The family frequently travels and dines at some of the most acclaimed restaurants worldwide, and they now wish to enjoy that same standard of excellence at home. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a culinary visionary who can transform fresh, seasonal ingredients into extraordinary, beautifully presented dishes while managing a small, talented team.
Design and execute refined, seasonal menus drawing inspiration from international cuisines (French, Mediterranean, Asian, Middle Eastern, and fusion).
Uphold Michelin-level standards in flavor, creativity, and presentation.
Innovate continuously—introducing new textures, plating styles, and culinary trends to delight family members and guests.
Customize dishes to meet specific dietary requirements, preferences, and nutritional goals.
Personally prepare daily gourmet meals with a strong emphasis on artistry, taste, and balance.
Oversee high-end presentation for every dish served, ensuring luxury and consistency.
Supervise and mentor a team of two assistant chefs, maintaining excellence and efficiency in all operations.
Lead the daily kitchen workflow, including sourcing, inventory control, and supplier relations.
Ensure procurement of top-quality, organic, and premium imported ingredients.
Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and organizational standards in line with global hospitality best practices.
Schedule and coordinate the culinary team’s activities for seamless operations.
Curate intimate dinners, receptions, and special events with five-star service standards.
Collaborate with household management to ensure flawless coordination across all departments.
Adapt swiftly to last-minute menu changes or spontaneous requests.
Travel occasionally with the family to provide on-site culinary support during trips or celebrations.
Proven background as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or Private Chef in a Michelin-starred restaurant, royal household, or luxury establishment.
Exceptional mastery of international cuisines and modern culinary techniques.
Highly skilled in fine dining presentation, flavor harmony, and menu design.
Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities within a small team setting.
Creative, detail-oriented, and discreet, with a passion for culinary innovation.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian or French is an advantage.
Impeccable references from luxury hospitality or private households.
Start date: Immediate
Contract: Full-time, permanent position
Accommodation: Private housing provided by employer.
