Job Description

A prestigious private family based in Lusail is seeking an experienced Executive Household Assistant / Lifestyle Manager to take responsibility for the smooth operation of the residence and provide high-level personal support to the principal and their family.

This is a senior position requiring exceptional organisational abilities, sound judgement, discretion, and a proactive mindset. The successful candidate will act as a trusted right hand, ensuring every aspect of household management, personal assistance, travel coordination, and lifestyle administration is executed to the highest standards.

The role is ideally suited to professionals with experience in luxury hospitality, private households, family offices, VIP services, private aviation, or similar high-end environments.

Responsibilities

Household Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the residence, ensuring impeccable presentation and service standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise household employees, including housekeepers, chefs, nannies, drivers, butlers, and external service providers.
  • Schedule staff duties, monitor performance, and ensure efficient household operations.
  • Manage household inventories, supplies, and luxury consumables.
  • Coordinate maintenance projects, repairs, landscaping, specialist services, and contractor visits.
  • Ensure the residence remains fully prepared for family use and guest visits at all times.

Personal Assistance & Lifestyle Coordination

  • Manage the principal’s diary, appointments, meetings, and personal commitments.
  • Coordinate wardrobe management, tailoring, dry cleaning, personal shopping, and seasonal clothing organisation.
  • Arrange restaurant bookings, social events, private functions, and VIP reservations.
  • Organise family celebrations, gifts, hospitality arrangements, and special occasions.
  • Handle confidential personal matters with complete discretion.
  • Provide personal support during appointments, meetings, shopping engagements, and events when required.

Travel Management

  • Organise domestic and international travel arrangements from start to finish.
  • Coordinate flights, hotels, ground transportation, visas, concierge services, and itineraries.
  • Liaise with travel agents, private aviation providers, luxury hotels, chauffeurs, and security teams.
  • Prepare detailed travel schedules and ensure all logistics are confirmed in advance.
  • Manage luggage preparation and travel-related household requirements.

Financial & Administrative Support

  • Monitor household budgets, petty cash, invoices, and supplier payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of expenditures, contracts, warranties, and service agreements.
  • Liaise with accountants, vendors, and professional advisors on behalf of the principal.
  • Source quotations, negotiate supplier contracts, and oversee purchasing decisions.
  • Manage confidential documents, reports, and correspondence professionally and securely.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate is a highly organised, polished, and service-oriented professional capable of managing multiple priorities within a demanding private environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of experience within a luxury private household, family office, VIP environment, or high-end estate.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluent English required; French language skills are highly desirable.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Impeccable presentation and professional demeanour.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Flexible and available to accompany the principal on international travel when required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, digital communication tools, and online booking systems.
  • Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.
  • Formal qualifications in hospitality management, household management, administration, or a related discipline are advantageous.
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, private aviation, superyachts, concierge services, or family offices is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of luxury lifestyle management and international etiquette.
  • Experience supporting GCC-based principals or internationally mobile families is beneficial.

Working Conditions

  • Accommodation provided by the employer.
  • Full-time position.
  • Six working days per week.
  • Eight-hour working day.
  • Based in Lusail, Qatar.
  • Immediate start available.

Salary

AED 9,200 – AED 16,500 per month, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall suitability for the role.
