Job Description

A private family in Monaco is looking for an experienced Travelling Personal Assistant to provide highly discreet, proactive support to the principal both at home and throughout frequent international travel.

This is a fast-paced position for an exceptionally organised professional who can anticipate needs, stay ahead of a constantly evolving schedule and manage last-minute changes without losing composure.

The successful candidate will become a trusted point of contact, ensuring every aspect of the principal’s personal and professional life runs seamlessly across multiple residences and destinations.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the principal’s calendar, anticipating changes and prioritising personal and professional commitments
  • Plan and coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, private transfers and visas
  • Travel alongside the principal to France, Switzerland, Italy and other international destinations
  • Manage sensitive correspondence, records and confidential documentation with complete discretion
  • Work closely with household and support staff to maintain efficient day-to-day operations
  • Communicate with external contacts and trusted advisers, including lawyers, bankers and luxury service providers
  • Respond efficiently to urgent requests, itinerary changes and unexpected situations
  • Maintain a consistently high level of organisation and service, regardless of location or working hours

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished PA who is accustomed to working with high-profile private clients and understands the standards expected within a UHNW environment.

Essential qualities and experience include:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting a demanding private client or UHNW principal
  • Fluent English; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and accommodate short-notice travel
  • A valid passport with unrestricted international travel capability
  • Full driving licence
  • Impeccable personal presentation and professional manner
  • Outstanding discretion and respect for confidentiality
  • Ability to remain composed, resourceful and solutions-focused under pressure
  • Strong, verifiable references from established UHNW or private households

Working Conditions

  • Location: Monaco, with extensive travel throughout France, Switzerland, Italy and internationally
  • Contract: Permanent CDI, full-time
  • Availability: To be agreed with the family
